Although we may break near a pub, we cannot guarantee it and they are often busy at lunchtime on Sundays. It is therefore advisable to bring a packed lunch.
Do not park in pub car parks unless you are using the pub or the walk instructions say you may, in which case the leader will have obtained permission.
The grid references in blue are hyperlinks to Multimap to facilitate finding the start point of walks.

These Walks Programmes are the Ramblers’ very raison d’etre and are impossible without the time our Walk Leaders take to put together and lead walks. As you will see, the programme is only as complete as it is because some leaders offer more than one walk per programme. We are always looking for new leaders; we can offer advice and help in planning and leading a walk. If you take it on regularly your turn will come up only three times a year. You might consider leading with a friend or even your partner!! There are ready made walk routes in a series of excellent local guide books available from Bookends, Wokingham. Do contact me if you would be willing to lead a walk. Graham Smith. To contact Mid Berks ring Elizabeth Cuff 0118 988 2674 Page last updated: 11/04/08 |
